So, as I confirmed below on September 22, 20 minutes are too short for pointillism,
\neven if the paper size is very small.
\nI thought about this issue and came up with a possible solution —
\nI’ll try painting large areas with another medium, and then
\napply pointillism partially.<\/p>\n

To find out how different media react with marker points,
\non the two croquis shown on September 22, I tried two media:
\n— Wax pastel (crayon), and
\n— Watercolor<\/p>\n

The results:
\n— Marker points work and remain fine with wax pastel.
\n— Watercolor slurs marker points, as I expected.<\/p>\n

So, in my next 20-min croquis session, I’ll try partial pointillism
\non wax pastel.<\/p>\n
