“Straight lines only” experiment in 20 minutes \/ \uff12\uff10\u5206\u3067\u306e\u3001\u300e\u307e\u3063\u3059\u3050\u306a\u7dda\u3060\u3051\u306e\u5b9f\u9a13\u300f<\/p><\/div>\n

At the croquis session of October 6, as usual 20 minutes x 6 poses,
\nI first tried “partial pointillism” as I mentioned below on September 24.
\nIn short, due to the time restriction of 20 minutes, I worked with a pencil and
\nwax pastel first and then applied marker pointillism partially.<\/p>\n

Alas, as shown below, even “partial” application of pointillism required
\nsome more time than 20 minutes. So, the result was a miserable failure,
\nas shown.<\/p>\n

So, I changed my direction and experimented with “line-ism”,
\ni.e., drew with marker lines, as shown in the other image below.
\nThough this image is just a case of try-and-error, I found a new direction
\nin working with markers while trying it.<\/p>\n

That “new direction” is shown above — notice that this croquis consists of
\n“hand-drawn straight lines only”.<\/p>\n
