Just a 20-min croquis, Dec. 1 \/ \u5358\u306a\u308b20\u5206\u30af\u30ed\u30c3\u30ad\u30fc\u300112\u67081\u65e5<\/p><\/div>\n

Nothing much. Just a 20-min croquis (quick drawing) from a
\ncroquis session of December 1.
\nAs usual, 20 minutes x 6 poses.<\/p>\n

I found this model blessed with a lovely waist curve (Don’t call me a hornball for this,
\n’cause an artist always looks for where the model is especially fascinating!),
\nso I set my focus on there.<\/p>\n

The problem I experienced was that, with the model facing downward lying
\non the floor, I could not find the right angle to draw.
\nSo, I stood on my feet holding my croquis book and kept
\ndrawing that way.
\nThis is tougher to do than many of you assume.
\nJust try, if you don’t believe me. It’s actually quite tough to
\nhold a book with one hand while drawing on it with the other hand!<\/p>\n

Then, after this mediocre chalk croquis, I changed my medium and style.
