Below on January 18, I showed the beginning of this
\n“Curved Sky”.
\nI’ve begun developing it further.<\/p>\n

Actually, the first inspiration for this painting came
\nwhen I was standing beside a pond largely covered with reeds.
\nAn aircraft was cutting across the blue sky, which to me
\nmade the sky look like “curved”.<\/p>\n

So, I made a quick sketch of the scene and considered
\nwhat to do — for a year or so. Many thumbnails and
\nscratches behind this.<\/p>\n
