Quite disturbed, I turned down a certain writing job offer, and finished the ones I already was working on. So, I began to concentrate on\u00a0some accessory sketches and a painting. Then, the client called me again, saying she found no one to take that same writing job and was in trouble! I almost finished it yesterday, but then another one came in!<\/p>\n<p>So, for now, I have to dig into some old drawings I made years ago, at cafes &#8212;<br \/>\nA ball-point pen drawing I made at a neighborhood cafe. There was a nice old instrument to make water drip coffee, and I found it attractive and made a quick pen sketch of it. (Man, sometimes ball-point pens are\u00a0quite handy!) While I was drawing, my cell phone rang and someone asked me to come to places called &#8220;Akiba&#8221; and &#8220;Kotobuki-cho&#8221; in\/around Tokyo. (Some shelters for homeless people were there, and I was asked to help them as a volunteer.)
