My “felt-tip marker pointillism” experiment continues —
\nIn the piece below, as you can easily tell, the body itself is almost empty. Usually, in a human body drawing (dessin), the artist makes the body “stuffed” and the background is simply left unattended or arranged to let the motif (the body) stand out.
\nHere, I went the other way round — the space full of dots create the body out of emptiness. The space creates the object. In a way, the body exists in its absence.
