Water and pastel on paper.<br \/>\nThough commercialized Nativity images usually present the Mother and the Infant Jesus in an easy, comfortable environment, the very act of &#8220;salvation&#8221; inevitably implies the &#8220;savior&#8221; has come into some deadly situations.
