A-SOFT is an alliance of “precariats of the creative layer,” those creative SOHOs and freelancers, basically working in and around Tokyo. The alliance is intended to help its members win more orders, by enabling them to provide a broader range of services in alliance with other members. So, A-SOFT does NOT guarantee an actual order to any of its members. Rather, why don’t we try to win more orders together? |
A-SOFT は「プレカリアートのなかのクリエイティブ層」、特に東京地区に働くクリエイティブ系のSOHOやフリーランサーのアライアンスです。加盟メンバー同士が連携することで提供できるサービスの幅を広げ、それにより各メンバーが受注をしやすくするためのアライアンスですので、受注を約束するものではありません。「スキルを持ち寄ることで、受注を増やしませんか？」というのが狙いです。 |
○ If you want to join A-SOFT / A-SOFTに加盟ご希望の方は
If you are running a SOHO or are a freelancer in a creative field of business and want to join A-SOFT, simply contact Heeday F. Washio (Atelier a n a s † a s i a), the original proponent of this alliance.
We will pick the place and time for us to meet and talk. Then, if we reach an agreement, join our alliance! (I believe such initial meeting and talk are crucial for good, lasting alliance.
This is why the alliance is basically for those working in or around Tokyo.)
In such a case, I will ask you to sign a brief alliance agreement.
As of Nov. 2009, the alliance membership is free of charge!

○ Intention of A-SOFT / A-SOFT の意図
A-SOFT does NOT guarantee an order to any of its members.
Rather, it is intended to help its members win more orders, by expanding the range of service offerings they can provide.
Example:
Let’s suppose you are a freelance illustrator in need of more clients and orders.
Alone, you can only collect orders for illustrations, paintings, etc. am I right?
In A-SOFT, which has a copywriter and a web designer as of Nov. 2009,
you can create a whole website featuring your illustrations with copywriting!
This way, A-SOFT hopes to help you win more orders.
And as of Nov. 2009, the alliance membership is free!
Just meet and talk with Heeday and, if we reach an agreement,
please sign a brief agreement.

○ When A-SOFT wins an order ---/ A-SOFT が受注すると ・・・
Then, let’s suppose you are a freelance illustrator and A-SOFT has won an order to create a website featuring your illustrations and some text.
In such a case, as of Nov. 2009, you work with ASURA, a web-designing SOHO, and Atelier a n a s † a s i a (atelier anastasia), a copywriting SOHO. We three will set the amount of money each of us receives with the client, and work together.
In this case, Atelier a n a s † a s i a (atelier anastasia) works as the director to the three-SOHO team and serves as the main “point of contact” for the client. After the website is built, Atelier a n a s † a s i a (atelier anastasia) does the billing to the client. After the atelier receives the money from the client,it transfers your portion of the money to your bank account. I, Heeday, of Atelier a n a s † a s i a here swear that I will NOT take any “direction fee” or anything else other than my own copywriting fee.
In other words, I’ll work as your ad-hoc director free of charge. Deal? |
