販売価格（税込表記）： 各販売用作品（商品）の写真そばに、最低価格（送料や額装を含まない場合の価格）が記載してございます。
ただ、オーダーペイント（受注創作）の場合、オーダーごとにお値段はお客様との交渉になります。
（社会問題を描いたもの） のページにある作品の価格も、作品ごとの交渉になります。

送料並びに購入に付帯する費用（振込手数料・代引き手数料など）： 納品時の送料は、宅急便の実費をお客様にご負担いただいております。
銀行振り込みの際の振り込み手数料は、お客様にご負担を願っております。

代金の支払い時期並びにその方法： 商品到着後12日以内に、銀行振り込みをお願いいたします。

商品の引き渡し時期： 商品により異なりますが、既存の作品は正式受注から１～２週間程度
受注創作の場合、お客様との相談になります。

返品に関わる条件： 返品をご希望の場合は、商品到着後8日以内にご返送くださいませ。この場合、お客様が返送の送料をご負担願います。（日本の法律上は、インターネットでの注文制作の場合、クーリングオフ期間を設ける必要はないようです。しかし、お客様に納得していただける作品を創るため、「Heeday Francis」では自発的に、このクーリングオフ期間を設けております）
ただし、お客様が損傷や汚れを招いてしまった場合には、返品はご容赦くださいませ。

Indications required by Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Sale prices (including Japan’s consumption tax):  The minimum price (excluding shipment and framing) of each work is shown beside the photo(s) of that work.
Note that the price of any work made to an order (commissioned work) is to be negotiated between the client and me, Heeday.
Also, the price of any work listed in the “Social issues” page is to be individually negotiated.
Also, please follow the customs regulations of your country, if applicable.

Shipment and other expenses accompanying a purchase (bank transfer commission, etc.):   I, Heeday, ask the client to pay for the shipment as well as the bank transfer commission.

Timing and method of payment: Please make the payment via a bank transfer within 12 calendar days of the wrrival of the order.

Time between an order acceptance and delivery:  Usually 1 to 2 weeks, though this can vary depending on the work ordered
In case of a commissioned work, the delivery schedule is to be negotiated between the client and me (Heeday).

Conditions with a return of an order: In case you want to return your order, please ship it back to me within 8 calendar days of the arrival. In this case, I ask you to pay the return shipment.
In case you, the customer, have damaged the work, I cannot accept a return.
(Japan’s law does not seem to require an online seller to give such a “cooling off” period.
However, I, Heeday, voluntarily have set up this 8-day cooling off period so that every customer is sure he/she is satisfied with the work ordered.)

In case an order is damaged or defective: Please let me know within 8 calendar days of the work’s arrival. I will do whatever I am able to.

Limit to quantity available, and other specific conditions for sale, if any: I paint each and every work by hand. Therefore, it is impossible to make exactly the same two works.

Also, in case of a commissioned work, I consider the design after I receive an order. Then, after your (the client’s) approval of the design, I start making the work. Thus, the time period before the delivery is to be negotiated with you.
