So, here are two detailed views of the back.
As you see, the whole picture consists of some geometrical figures — dots forming rectangles, strokes of arcs making up stalks and leaves, “boomerang arcs” representing rose petals, etc. — for consistency with the “given” rectangles on the front.

完成した背面のディテールです。
ご覧のとおり、何らかの幾何図形だけで構成してあります。
四角形を構成するドット（点）、茎や葉を形成するアーク（弧）、バラの花びらを表すブーメラン型のアーク、などなど。
オモテ側に「初めからあった」四角形を生かすため、幾何学的なデザインにしたわけですね。
