Here’s Stage 1 (only just begun) こちらが、ステージ１（描き始め）  

I avoided a “clean-shaped” fruit, since “bursting” should and does affect the shape. 「きれいな形状」の果実は避けました。 果実が「爆裂」するなら、形状にも 影響するはずだからですね。
