This takes some explanation on the pun in Japanese.
There are several Japanese words that are transliterated
“hakka” —
Such words include, among others, the following two:
ハッカ — mint
発火 — ignition

The sign says:
Ignition Drops
Contact with air makes them ignite.

Nol doubt there are many ”ハッカ” drops, but
none of them in reality “ignites”!
This is just a stupid cartoon with a Japanese pun.
Take it easy, and just wait till I resume “fine art”
work!

world, from the Zaporizhzhia NPP and possible
Russian use of nuclear weapons to the drastic
shift in the Japanese government’s direction with
nuclear power.
My other website covers many of these issues.

反核ウェブサイトで、核発電が「平和利用」だ
という偽りを暴くものです。

現在、世界では核関連で多数の問題が発生して
おります。ザポリージャ原発やロシア軍による
核兵器使用の可能性、そして日本政府の核発電に
関する方針の大変更、などなどなど。
「やかんをのせたら～～」では、そうした問題を
多数カバーしております。

下の「あほバカ漫画」も、「やかんをのせたら～～」
で使うために描いたものです。
まったく artisticな意図はなく、単なる「あほバカ
漫画」に過ぎません。

世界がいくらか「沈静化」して、私がartisticな
作品創作を再開できるまで、お待ちくださいませ。

“Beyond Nukes” here means “post-nuke”, i.e., a world
that has got over nuclear weapons and power.
I’ve painted the message on a solid black T-shirt.

I know it’s clumsy and coarse —
— aren’t these the right adjectives to
depict war, which is a coarse brutality
resulting from clumsy diplomacy, politics,
world system, etc.??

To render clumsy coarseness, oil pastel is an
excellent medium.

完成です。
実に下手で荒々しいのは、明らかですね。
「下手で、荒々しい」というのは、戦争を描く際には
実に適切な修飾句ですよ！ 稚拙な外交や政治、世界システム
などの結果、戦争という荒々しい惨劇が展開されて
しまうのですから。

こうした「下手な荒々しさ」を描くときには、
オイルパステルというのは実に適した画材です。
