Below on September 26, I started over this painting.
Here is its Stage 2.
The work is in progress.
My intention is to present the plant as something “radiant” —
flowers that are quite common beside roads yet
quite fabulous in the emission of scarlet radiance.

下の9月26日、この絵画は初めからやり直しました。
そのステージ2です。
制作は、まだ進行中。
私の意図としては、Lycoris radiata（ヒガンバナ）を、
radiant な植物として描くこと。
道端に普通に咲いているのですが、真紅の輝きをきらびやかに
放っている花ですので。
