Often a new image “pops up” in my mind, which I turn into
a thumbnail (pencil scratch) like this.
Yet before I get down to the actual painting,
I have to work on the thumbnail further.
新しい画像が、私の脳裏に「浮かび上がって」来ることが、
よくあります。それをまず、下のようなサムネイル
（鉛筆スクラッチ）にします。
でも実際の描画を始める前に、このサムネイルにまだ
手を入れないと。（このサムネイルのまま作品にしていくわけじゃ
ないのですね）
