So, this painting is still in progress.
Here’s some progress from August 25 shown below.
The work still goes on — as you see, here I am
working in a very old way of oil painting —
a thin layer of paint on an existing one which was applied
on yet another.
This takes time and the resulting colors have one-of-a-kind
color depth, which I want in this meditative work.

このとおり、この絵画はまだ制作進行中です。
下の8月25日から、いくらか進みました。
まだ、制作は続きます。
ご覧のとおり、この作品では大変古めかしい油彩技法を
使っております。薄い油彩の層を塗り重ねていく、という
方法ですね。
この方法だと大変時間がかかるのですが、それによって
できる色彩には、独自の深みがあるんです。
この作品では、瞑想的な雰囲気に合わせて、その
色の深みが欲しいのですね。
