I was looking for something in my storage of sketches, and coincidentally found this one, from the 1990s. I was thinking of a horizon lit up by a cross-shaped sun —
I have yet to come up with a full painting based on this sketch, so it’s a past imperfect.

今までのスケッチの山で、あるものを探していたのですが、その時偶然見つけた1990年代のスケッチです。クロスの形をした恒星に照らされた地平線を考えていたわけですね。
まだ、このスケッチを基にした作品を創るに至っておりません。「未完了過去」ですね。
