The current Ukraine crisis is a case of obvious evidence that we,
humans, simply have to abolish two kinds of “nukes” — power
generation and weapons.
You see, once a “nuke country” has invaded a neighbor country and
occupied some of the latter’s territory, when the victim’s forces come to
reclaim the occupied land, the aggressor can resort to its nuclear weapons.
In case the victim has a NPP or more, the invader can use the NPP(s)
as “giant dirty bombs” !
This is what we are witnessing at this very moment.
In addition to all the proliferation risks involved in nuclear power,
a NPP itself can be turned into a sort of nuclear weapon.
If we intend to abolish those deadly weapons, we have to
do the same with nuclear power.
I pray neither of the two kinds of “nukes” will ever hit Ukraine,
or anywhere else in the world!

昔の私の作品
現在のウクライナ危機は、核兵器と各発電はともに
廃絶するしかない、という真実を明確に示す事態です。
御覧の通り、どこかの核兵器保有国が隣国に侵略して
後者の領土の一部を占拠した場合、被害者の国の軍隊が
取り戻しに来たら、核兵器をちらつかせることが
できてしまいます。
さらに、被害を受けた国が原発を有しているなら、
侵略国はその原発を「巨大ダーティ ボム」にしてしまう
ことが可能です。
まさしく、現在われわれが体験している問題ですよね。
核発電にはproliferation risksが伴いますが、同時に
原発そのものを一種の「核兵器」にしてしまう
ことが可能なのですね。
そうである以上、核兵器の廃絶を願うなら、一緒に
各発電も廃絶してしまわないと。
いずれの「核兵器」も、ウクライナはもとより
世界のどこでも使用されないことを、祈っております！
