Piece 4 of the Quadruptych below — no paint on the white paper in the middle. It’s just cut-out — the bottom wooden board is exposed.
We, humans, give “the Supreme” many names (shapes) — Christ, God, Buddha, etc. — since we need names to refer to something. Yet that all-embracing something does not need a name —

下の「水の上を歩くキリストの、4連祭壇画」のピース4です。中央の白い紙には、何も塗っておりません。ただ、切り抜いてあるだけです。
我々人間は、「至高者」をいろんな名称で呼びます。神、仏、キリスト、その他。我々には、何かに言及するために、名称 (形) が必要ですから。でも、すべてを抱擁する至高者そのものは、何の名称も必要とはされないでしょう。。

The “shape” lets you think you see something, yet that is only human necessity —

Here is Piece 3 of the Quadruptych —

Again, pastel, acrulic, and water on paper and cut-out carton, both fixed on wooden board
Brilliant, pure light that invites us above yet does not burn or scorch us — truly gentle light. I saw such light before, to be honest.
And human reasoning tries to give a shape (definition, term, explanation, etc.) to such light — as does the “cutout carton” in this Piece tries to do. Well, this “shaping” always fails, inevitably. Light never stays within a shape.

これも、木のボードに固定した紙と切り抜いたカートンに、パステル、アクリル、水彩
正直に言ってしまうと、「まばゆく清い光、我々を上へと招きながら、しかも決して我々の肌を焦がさない光」― そんな優しい光を、私は以前、経験したことがあります。
人の知性は、そんな光を「形」に収めようとします。(定義、用語、説明など）
ちょうど、この作品の切り抜いたカートンがしようとしているように。
そしてその「形に収めようとする努力」は、必ず失敗します。光は、形の中に留まりはしないのです。

The “characters” are imaginative — no “existing” language has such characters!
Just think of the “Kobayan” language of Christian Vander.

Another example

Chatting with a friend, I found out I still had some photos from a “light on paintings”  exhibition I held years ago.
I hung some simple geometrical paintings on the walls, and then some colored light filters between each painting and the light source before it. See what happened.
Each visitor to the gallery was invited to replace one filter with another, so he/she could try some new combinations of a filter and a painting.

As you know, what we actually see with our eyes is light from an object, not the object itself (Ding an sich) —

ある友達とチャットしていて、ずっと前に私がやった「絵画に光を当てる」展覧会の写真を、まだ持っていたことに気づきました。
単純な幾何学的絵画を壁に配置、その前にあるライトと絵画の間に、光を通すカラーフィルターをぶら下げたものです。どういう光が当たるかにより、同じ絵画がまったく異なって見えますよね。
お客様はそれぞれ、フィルターを取り換えることができるように、していました。各自が、新しい「光と絵画の組み合わせ」を作れるわけです。

言うまでもありませんが、私たちが見ているものは、実は物体からの光であって、物体そのもの (Ding an sich) を見ているわけではないのですね。

“Atelier anastasia” does some voluntary linguistic services as well — for the “No-Nuke Project” of the Anglican-Episcopal Church in Japan (“Nihon Sei Ko Kai,” NSKK) .

The climatic change seems to be not just warming up some regions but cooling down some others as well —  currently, many of the Japan / East Sea coastal regions of Japan have just experienced heavy snow dumps. Last year, Mid West of the US had a terrible frozen winter.
Shown here is a sketch of Long Lake, St. Paul, MN, I made years ago. At first, you might say, “Hey, what’s this??” The lake was totally frozen and covered with heavy snow!

気候変動では、一部地域が暖かくなっているだけでなく、他の一部地域はむしろ寒冷化しているようですね。
現在のところ、日本列島の日本海側はかなりの積雪に覆われてしまいました。交通事故などに、ご注意ください！ 昨年の冬は、アメリカの中西部がひどい寒さでしたよね。
下は、何年も前に私が描いた、ミネソタ州セントポールのロングレーク。一見すると、「何や、これは！？」ですが、湖全体が凍りつき、その上にドカッと雪が積もっていたのです。

Why do I post more photos of the same failure?? Again, “honesty is the best policy” — I intend to make clear what I am currently able to do and what I am unable to.
So, once again, currently,

★ I am unable to make with beads a 3D doll — I tried, but ended up with a mess like this!
☆ I am able to make most of common accessories — necklaces, chokers, rosaries, rings, bracelets, headbands, etc.

なぜ、失敗例の写真をさらにアップロードするのか？ やはり、「できること」と「できないこと」を明確に皆様に提示したいのですね。
繰り返しになりますが、現時点では、

★ 三次元の人形などをビーズで作るのは、私には無理です。
☆ 「よくある」アクセサリーの大半は、対応できます。ネックレス、チョーカー、ロザリオ、リング、ブレスレット、ヘッドバンドなどなど
